Year 9 2025
In 2025, all students in Year 9 have the opportunity to select THREE electives courses and THREE reserve courses. These courses are from Languages, Arts, Technologies and Phys Ed. Students study THREE courses for 2 hours per week for the year. Students and parents/carers should read the information in the 2025 Year 9 Subject Selection Handbook carefully prior to making selections. To help you fill in your Year 9 Subject Selection Form a table is available on page 22 of the Handbook to allow you to easily see how to pick your elective subjects.
The college will make every effort to accommodate each student’s preferred Elective choices, however they are subject to minimum and maximum student numbers and specialist teacher availability. This may result in a Reserve Elective being given. Information in the handbooks is correct at the time of printing and may be subject to change.

Charges and Elective Subjects
Charges (compulsory payments) are listed in the handbooks and may be subject to change. Please see page 7 of the handbooks which will explain compulsory course charges and payment options for parents. Parents can also download the 2025 Payment Plan form if required.
